Fluxtream Capture lets you define Topics that you want to track and capture observations very simply. The data gets synched across all your devices and aggregated into your Fluxtream.org account. The app also lets you capture data from BLE heart rate devices (e.g. the Polar H7) and it will let you upload photos from your gallery to your Fluxtream account. You are even free to define a photo orientation (portrait or landscape) for automatic uploads.
